Helping Hands for Hurting People Ministries is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The purpose of Helping Hands for Hurting People Ministries is to serve those in need in small-town America by providing essential items for daily living. This ministry is the work God has placed on our hearts, and we are committed to helping families and individuals with compassion, care, and practical support.
Outreaches:
Landon’s Pantry (formerly Mill Hill Missions) is a caring ministry devoted to supporting the former textile communities by providing essential items to those in need. Inspired by the spirit of a lively young boy, Landon, we joyfully share food, clothing, toys, household goods, and KJV Bibles with our neighbors. Join us every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Benjamin E. Mays Family Center, 850 Sunny Acres Rd, Pacolet, SC, as we come together to uplift our community with love, kindness, and heartfelt service.
Appalachian Coal Miners Missions (formerly Kentucky Coal Miners Missions) was founded in 2008 after God placed a calling on our hearts to serve those in need throughout the Appalachian region. Through generous donations of clothing, food, toys, household goods, and KJV Bibles, we have been able to bless countless churches and families.
We travel wherever God leads us, bringing aid and hope to those who need it most. On average, we assist over 1,000 people each month. Our ministry serves the coal mining communities of Kentucky and West Virginia and has extended beyond state lines, providing relief in Tennessee during the Gatlinburg wildfires. We have also assisted with flooding in Kentucky and provided disaster relief during Hurricane Helene, which impacted South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
By uniting area churches, businesses, and compassionate individuals, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families across the communities we serve.
